Ramzes666: “There were misunderstandings between me and Krit in EG. We were both ambitious guys”

Ramzes666 Recalls Tensions With Cr1t, Team Dynamics At EG
Ramzes666 took a moment to reflect on the disagreement he had with Krit during their time playing for EG.
“Yeah, Cr1t has always been quite intense. That was definitely the case during our time in EG as well. Honestly, it didn’t really matter that they weren’t winning tournaments; he was consistently among the top players. Naturally, there were misunderstandings between Krit and me within the team. It happens when you have ambitious players striving for success,” Roman “Ramzes666” Kushnarev shared while watching the grand final of DreamLeague 24.
“Oh really? Who accused whom of ######## [slandering]? You? Or do you have a contract that keeps you from saying anything? Honestly, if Cr1t called you a jerk, I’d probably take his side,” responded Pavel “9Pasha” Khvastunov, emphasizing the complexity of team dynamics that can arise. “It’s tough when everyone’s pushing hard, and emotions run high. Those situations can lead to friction, but in the end, we all want to win.”
“Ha-ha. We were both quite ambitious individuals, each with our own ideas about how things should go. There were moments when he wanted to do things his way, and I was set on my own vision. It led to some disagreements, and eventually, we had a falling out. This all came to a head during the last tournament I attended, which was Summit 12. After that, we didn’t really keep in touch for a while.
Now, when we run into each other in person, things are generally okay. We can greet each other, share a few casual words, and it feels friendly enough, but it’s not like we’re close anymore. Back in the day, I had a really good rapport with Arteezy; we were quite close, and I enjoyed our conversations. Fly was another person I connected well with. And, of course, there was Bulba, who was always a part of that circle,” Ramzes666 reflected fondly.
Ramzes666 was part of the EG roster alongside Crit from September 2019 to November 2020. During this period, the team achieved notable success, with their standout accomplishment being a commendable second-place finish at DreamLeague Season 13, showcasing their skill and teamwork in a competitive environment.
